Medical Secretary – Radiology Department (Apprenticeship)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Medical Secretary to join a radiology cabinet in Le Port on an apprenticeship basis. The position combines hands‑on administrative work in a healthcare setting with a structured training program provided by FORMAZOT OCÉAN INDIEN.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients in person and answer telephone calls with professionalism.
• Schedule appointments, manage the daily planning and coordinate with medical staff.
• Transmit medical and administrative information securely between patients and clinicians.
• Enter, format and file medical reports and patient records.
• Maintain up‑to‑date patient dossiers and ensure confidentiality.
• Perform occasional travel within the western sector as required.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Autonomous, serious and able to handle stress and priorities.
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Respect for confidentiality and data protection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
