Georgian Speaking Psychiatrist (Remote, Hourly)

About the role

We are looking for a board‑certified psychiatrist who is a native Georgian speaker to create and evaluate culturally nuanced psychiatric case studies for artificial‑intelligence training. The role is fully remote, paid hourly, and involves bilingual documentation in Georgian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies that reflect Georgian clinical practice to inform AI model training.
• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and provide expert annotations in both Georgian and English.
• Produce clear, precise documentation and written analyses ensuring cultural and clinical accuracy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary AI project teams, sharing insights to enhance model understanding of psychiatric concepts.
• Apply ethical decision‑making to review sensitive case content while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Help create bilingual communication frameworks for accurate psychiatric information exchange.
• Provide expert feedback on AI analytical evaluation methods used in mental‑health contexts.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent) with completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license.
• Native fluency in Georgian and advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation within Georgian clinical settings.
• Proven ability to apply cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning to complex mental‑health scenarios.
• Background in developing teaching materials or case studies for education or research.
• Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary projects, preferably involving technology or digital health.
• Familiarity with both Western and Georgian psychiatric frameworks and a commitment to professional integrity.
