About the role

INFODOM is seeking a Systems and Networks Engineer to support the deployment, consulting and technical solutions for its clients across the French overseas territories. You will work on critical infrastructures for large‑account customers, ensuring high‑quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with project managers, technicians and pre‑sales teams to meet project commitments.
• Implement and configure Microsoft and Linux based solutions (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, RDS, NPS, Ubuntu, Debian).
• Manage virtualization and hyper‑convergence platforms such as VMWare, Hyper‑V, Nutanix, Proxmox and Datacore.
• Oversee backup solutions (Veeam, deduplication appliances) and ensure data protection strategies.
• Document project outcomes, transfer knowledge and resolve assigned support tickets.
• Coordinate with external partners and maintain effective, courteous communication with clients.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a systems and networks administrator or engineer.
• Strong expertise in backup concepts, replication and retention strategies (3‑2‑1‑0, immutability).
• Proven ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and produce high‑quality documentation.
• Capacity to take a strategic view and propose innovative solutions.
