About the role

We are looking for a Video Data Annotator to capture precise motion data using smartphone sensors and record synchronized video footage. This remote contract position offers flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week) and a rate of $13 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Capture motion data with a smartphone sensor while performing specified tasks.
• Record synchronized video to validate sensor data integrity.
• Follow technical protocols to ensure high‑quality labeling standards.
• Deliver at least 10 hours of approved video data each week.
• Communicate with the team to clarify guidelines and provide feedback.
• Meet project milestones and ensure timely delivery of data outputs.

Required profile

• Access to a head strap that records both hands within 48 hours of start.
• Proven ability to follow standardized protocols in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Experience using mobile devices with high digital literacy.
• Physical capability to safely perform repetitive movement tasks.
