Machine Learning Engineer – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and optimise robust AI models that run in production. This remote contract position offers flexibility and the chance to work with cutting‑edge cloud and container technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise machine‑learning models for production use.
• Implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines using CI/CD best practices.
• Leverage AWS services to create scalable AI infrastructure and deploy models.
• Orchestrate containerised workloads with Kubernetes to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and researchers to translate business problems into actionable ML solutions.
• Evaluate, preprocess, and frame real‑world data problems for effective machine‑learning applications.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in machine‑learning algorithms, model development, and deployment.
• Strong programming experience, preferably in Python or Java, with large‑scale software engineering projects.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD workflows and automation tools.
• In‑depth knowledge of AWS cloud services for ML and data pipelines.
• Advanced understanding of Kubernetes for orchestrating containerised ML workloads.
