Excel Specialist – Remote Contract (up to $55/hr)

About the role

We are looking for an Excel Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. You will help improve and streamline complex Excel workbooks that support our business operations and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and enhance complex Excel files used across the organization.
• Provide detailed feedback and best‑practice examples for operational use cases.
• Design, document, and share reusable templates or solutions for AI learning purposes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify workflow challenges and propose Excel‑based solutions.
• Simulate real‑world business problems using advanced Excel features such as Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA.

Required profile

• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and automation tools.
• Proven experience delivering Excel solutions in business or consulting environments.
• Strong analytical ability to solve complex, non‑financial business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a keen eye for detail.
