About the role

We are looking for a motivated sales associate to work in an automotive parts store in Saint‑Denis. The position is part of an 18‑month apprenticeship that combines on‑the‑job training with classroom sessions at Formazot Océan Indien.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers at the counter and provide advice on automotive parts.
• Sell products on the shop floor, handling cash and processing payments.
• Stock shelves, replenish inventory and monitor product levels.
• Participate in regular inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in customer service.
• Dynamic, motivated and able to work in a team.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to propose solutions.
• Organised, punctual and comfortable speaking in front of customers.

Required skills

• Sales argumentation and product knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to advise customers on motor‑vehicle components.
• Stock management and basic cash handling.
• Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.

What we offer

• Apprenticeship leading to a professional title “Conseiller de Vente” (Bac level) or “Manager d’établissement marchand” (Bac+2).
