Perfume Sales Advisor (M/F)

About the role

Join a leading retail group on Réunion Island as a Perfume Sales Advisor. You will be the face of the brand, welcoming customers and guiding them through a curated selection of fragrances and cosmetics.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service and act as an ambassador for the store.
• Develop deep knowledge of the brand’s DNA, history, and product collections.
• Drive sales through effective cross‑selling and upselling techniques.
• Monitor and achieve store KPIs and manage a personal client portfolio.
• Ensure a personalized and pleasant shopping experience for every client.
• Maintain stock organization, participate in inventory counts, and keep the store tidy.

Required profile

• Strong sales argumentation and ability to meet sales targets.
• Good understanding of perfume and cosmetics products.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Adaptable, energetic, team‑oriented and hardworking.
