Family Law Attorney – Remote Contract (BigLaw Experience)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to support AI training initiatives. This is a remote, contract‑based role that offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week. You will work closely with a digital team to analyze, summarize, and annotate complex family law materials.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex family law cases, statutes, and precedents for AI training purposes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and produce clear, concise written summaries and case notes.
• Draft, review, and annotate legal documents related to family law matters.
• Identify and clarify key issues, legal arguments, and reasoning within documents and case files.
• Collaborate with a remote team using digital project‑management tools to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and leverage technology for efficient knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in family law through practice at a leading BigLaw firm.
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and case analysis specific to family law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain nuanced legal concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to review, summarize, and critique complex legal documents with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration, digital project‑management tools, and adaptability to new technologies.
