Directeur / Directrice de centre de séjour avec hébergement

About the role

We are seeking experienced Directors (male/female) to lead stay centres with accommodation across France, the Indian Ocean region and internationally. The role involves overseeing the operational, human, pedagogical and economic aspects of the centre, ensuring a high‑quality experience for participants and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all centre activities, including reception, lodging, catering and daily logistics.
• Lead, support and develop the centre’s teams.
• Plan, implement and evaluate educational programmes, scientific or environmental trips, sport and nature activities.
• Ensure safety, compliance with hygiene and security regulations.
• Manage administrative, logistical and budgetary processes.
• Coordinate local service providers and partners.
• Maintain relationships with client groups, schools, families and organisations.
• Oversee building, equipment and space maintenance.
• Contribute to the development of new stays, activities and partnerships, and support commercial growth where required.

Required profile

• Proven ability to take responsibility, organise, decide and animate a team.
• Experience in one or more of the following: centre or stay management, ACM coordination, popular education, tourism, hospitality, discovery classes, educational trips, outdoor sports, pedagogy, environmental or scientific projects, project management, team leadership.
• Current directors or senior managers are encouraged to apply; deputy directors seeking greater responsibility are also welcome.
