Conseiller Boutique – St Denis

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Boutique Advisor to join our store in Saint‑Denis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, both in‑person and by phone, providing assistance throughout the entire sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in the boutique and over the phone.
• Process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and manage product exchanges.
• Provide product advice, recommend suitable items, and guide customers from account opening to closure.
• Conduct proactive telephone and on‑site prospecting within your assigned area.
• Achieve sales targets set by the manager and contribute to overall store performance.
• Represent the brand positively and uphold company values in every customer interaction.

Required profile

• Experience in retail or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously while meeting sales objectives.
• Willingness to engage in both phone and face‑to‑face prospecting.
