Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
• Implement promotional campaigns and monitor their performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align community activities with broader strategies.

• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Organised, rigorous and capable of handling stressful periods.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital creation tools and social media platforms.
