Chargé(e) de communication – CDD 6 mois (remplacement maternité)

About the role

La Réunion Innovation is seeking a Communication Officer on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave. Reporting to the Director, the officer will support the implementation of the S5 strategy and European project communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the S5 communication strategy, defining objectives, target audiences, messages and tools.
• Manage daily communication channels, including social media, website updates and the production of the annual report and activity reports.
• Create and adapt content (texts, photos, videos) for print, web and social platforms.
• Prepare communication deliverables for European work packages in collaboration with project managers and consortium partners.
• Drive internal communication initiatives across LaRI’s programmes.
• Maintain relationships with local authority communication services and partner organisations.
• Measure the impact of communication actions and organise events linked to the S5 strategy.

Required profile

• University degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in communication, territorial marketing, political science or innovation.
• Proven experience in project management, marketing and communication, preferably in a public‑sector or innovation context.

Required skills

• Strong digital culture and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Experience in producing print and digital communication materials.
