About the role

This apprenticeship offers a parallel admission into the third year of a Bachelor in Luxury program, combining classroom learning with hands‑on experience at a high‑end automotive dealership. You will work in a premium service environment, supporting the delivery of luxury customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service to luxury clientele, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Coordinate operational activities of service teams and manage client‑facing areas.
• Maintain reception areas, handle reservations and scheduling using the associated hospitality software.
• Support event reception, catering, and hospitality processes.
• Contribute to the overall client experience and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• Holder of a Bac+2 degree, motivated by luxury and automotive sectors.
• Excellent personal presentation, strong customer‑service orientation, discretion and teamwork.
• Valid driving licence (category B).
• Fluent in French with good English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, reactive and curious about commercial and digital techniques.
