Data Scientist – Analytics Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Development, you will turn diverse company data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decisions. You will work with multiple data sources to extract value and support business performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, organise, and ensure the accuracy of data from internal platforms.
• Develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to aid decision‑making.
• Design and implement predictive models such as demand forecasting and maintenance optimisation.
• Build and maintain decision‑support tools using machine‑learning techniques.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Monitor performance, support continuous‑improvement initiatives, and stay updated on data‑science advancements.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, engineering, and external partners.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in data science, statistics, computer science or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modelling.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R and SQL.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with large datasets and AI/ML frameworks.
