Technico-Commercial Informatique (Apprenticeship)

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a hands‑on opportunity to work as a technical sales assistant for a company that provides IT solutions. You will support customers both in‑store and remotely, helping them choose hardware, connected devices, and custom solutions while gaining solid experience in the IT sector.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and accompany customers in the store and via remote channels.
• Participate in the sale of computer equipment, IoT devices, and tailored IT solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and conduct commercial relaunches.
• Create visual support materials such as flyers, social media posts, and product sheets.
• Update the company website and online product listings.
• Conduct technology watch and contribute to communication actions.

Required profile

• Strong customer orientation with good listening skills.
• Team‑player, dynamic, autonomous, curious and proactive.
• Clear interest in IT, new technologies and digital tools.
• Comfortable using standard office and digital tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop or similar graphic‑design software.
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts, networking and home automation (domotics).
• Familiarity with commercial management tools or e‑commerce platforms (a plus).
