Technico-Commercial Apprenticeship in IT

About the role

The Centre de Formation d'Apprentis is seeking a motivated apprentice for a Technico-Commercial position in the IT sector. You will support customers both in‑store and remotely, helping them choose hardware, connected devices, and tailored solutions while gaining hands‑on experience in sales and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and assist customers in the store and via remote channels.
• Participate in the sale of computer equipment, IoT devices, and custom IT solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and conduct commercial relaunches.
• Create visual support materials such as flyers, social media posts, and product sheets.
• Update the company website and online product listings.
• Conduct technology watch and contribute to communication actions.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Dynamic, autonomous, curious and proactive.
• Clear interest in IT, new technologies and digital tools.
• Comfortable using standard office and digital tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva or Photoshop (or similar graphic design software).
• Basic knowledge of computer networking or home automation (domotics).
• Familiarity with commercial or e‑commerce management tools (a plus).
