Forklift Operator

About the role

Join Sibelco’s production team as a Forklift Operator, ensuring smooth operation of installations and delivery of semi‑finished products that meet strict specifications. You will work on‑site in a dynamic environment focused on sustainability and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and adjust installations according to procedures, including operating pumps and taps.
• Monitor alerts, perform quality checks, and identify non‑conformities.
• Control production output and record data in the required IT system.
• Assist with small maintenance tasks and support technicians on larger maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with weighbridge and bagging operators to maintain continuous production.
• Ensure proper use and safekeeping of personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Prior experience in a similar production or material‑handling role.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical English.
