About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Retail Associate to manage the grocery and beverage aisle in our store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find products, offering personalized advice, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience that drives loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers as they approach the aisle.
• Provide product information and recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and attractive display of grocery and beverage items.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash or card payments accurately.
• Identify opportunities for complementary sales and upsell relevant products.
• Collaborate with the store team to replenish stock and manage inventory.

Required profile

• Outgoing, courteous, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen to customer needs.
• Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
