Directeur d'agence (H/F) – Assurance

About the role

The agency director will lead the GMF branch in Saint‑Pierre, Réunion, overseeing a team of four customer advisors. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance while fostering a supportive, people‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and plan daily agency activities and operational tasks.
• Monitor team performance against targets and internal processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance commercial results.
• Strengthen the local brand presence on the assigned territory.
• Motivate the team through varied challenges and career development support.
• Promote a climate of trust and cohesion within the team.

Required profile

• Significant experience in managing or leading commercial teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give meaning to objectives.
• Recognised leadership capable of driving change.
• Solid commercial and relational abilities.
• Proven capacity to mobilise and motivate staff.
