About the role

This apprenticeship offers a hands‑on opportunity to work as a sales advisor in a jewelry boutique. You will present collections, assist customers across physical, phone and digital channels, and develop your sales expertise while following the store’s image and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in‑store, by phone and online.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored advice.
• Present products, handle objections and close sales.
• Participate in loyalty and promotional actions.
• Maintain the sales floor, organise displays and manage stock levels.
• Uphold hygiene and safety regulations.
• Track personal sales performance and meet targets.
• Support prospecting activities to attract new customers.

Required profile

• Dynamic, smiling and attentive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous, responsible and punctual with a neat appearance.
• Interest in jewelry, fashion, handmade or local artisan products is a plus.
