About the role

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of a branch. This role includes reporting financial and operational performance to senior management while ensuring the branch meets its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales.
• Hire, train, and, when necessary, dismiss branch employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, and managing staff.
