About the role

The Agency Director is responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of a branch. This role reports financial and operational information to senior management and leads all aspects of staff management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management.
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
• Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch.
• Hire, train, and, when necessary, dismiss branch employees.
• Report all financial and operational information to company management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business.
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in hiring and training staff.
