About the role

Join a dynamic automotive parts store as a sales associate on an apprenticeship basis. You will work on the shop floor, assisting customers, handling transactions and supporting inventory management while following a structured training program.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers at the parts counter
• Promote and sell automotive parts on the sales floor
• Stock shelves and replenish product displays
• Handle cash register operations and process payments
• Participate in regular inventory counts

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in customer service
• Motivation, dynamism and a commercial mindset
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Organised, rigorous and attentive to detail
• Comfortable communicating verbally and using digital tools

Required skills

• Basic calculation abilities
• Understanding of automotive products and their features
• Capability to explain financing options and vehicle characteristics
• Negotiation and contract discussion skills
• Proficiency with various communication channels
