Financial Auditor – Remote Contract (up to $95/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Financial Auditor to work remotely on a contract basis, providing expert analysis and assurance over financial records for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare, audit, and evaluate financial statements, delivering actionable insights for improvement.
• Advise on and implement systems for recording costs, financial, and budgetary data to enhance transparency.
• Provide guidance on complex taxation issues, ensuring adherence to tax codes and standards.
• Review and improve existing accounting procedures and documentation for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification.
• Extensive experience preparing, analyzing, and auditing financial statements.
• Proven expertise in establishing or improving cost recording and budgetary systems.
