Electrical Systems & Field Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Electrical Systems & Field Operations Specialist to support AI training and documentation efforts. The role involves interpreting schematics, reviewing technical materials, and providing clear guidance for field operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams for AI system training.
• Review and validate equipment layouts, inspection reports, and other technical materials.
• Evaluate troubleshooting scenarios and document solutions following industry best practices.
• Assess and clarify technical manuals and field operation guides for non‑expert audiences.
• Provide detailed feedback on documentation quality related to field operations and electrical system design.
• Collaborate asynchronously with team members to share technical insights and practical scenarios.

Required profile

• Strong experience in electrical systems, control systems, automation, instrumentation, or field operations.
• Proven ability to interpret and produce technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and operational documentation.
• Backgrounds such as Electrical Engineer, Controls Engineer, Automation Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Electrician, or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• High attention to detail when working with visually dense technical documents.
• Comfortable collaborating remotely in a digital‑first, asynchronous environment.
