Visual Designer – Deck & Presentation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Visual Designer specialized in creating high‑impact presentation decks. This contract, remote position focuses on translating brand assets into polished slide decks and supporting AI‑generated design workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and author expert‑level presentation tasks using reference decks and brand assets.
• Create gold‑standard example decks with refined typography, grid, and visual system fidelity.
• Define criteria for “on‑brand” and polished presentation design.
• Develop visual rubrics to evaluate model outputs on craft and style consistency.
• Identify and flag visual failure modes specific to AI‑generated design.
• Communicate feedback and reasoning effectively to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong experience in agency, in‑house corporate communications/brand, or independent deck/presentation design.
• Advanced skills in typography, layout, color usage, iconography, and grid systems.
• Proven ability to infer and replicate visual styles from reference decks.
• Ability to build and apply visual template systems across multiple slide types.
