Technology Transactions Counsel (Remote, Contract)

About the role

This contract position supports the development and evaluation of AI-driven contract review tools. Working remotely, the counsel will apply deep technology transaction expertise to simulate negotiations, assess AI outputs, and help shape product guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises for training purposes.
• Review AI‑generated responses to contract scenarios and provide expert feedback to improve model accuracy.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for consistent AI performance assessment.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data sets, guidelines, and best practices for AI‑driven contract review solutions.

Required profile

• Strong experience in technology transactions, especially negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Analytical ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated interest in innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Experience working with cross‑disciplinary teams in fast‑paced environments.
