Partnerships Manager – Remote (Hourly $30‑$50)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Partnerships Manager to lead our referral partner program. This remote, full‑time position focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and scaling a network of individuals and small lead‑generation organisations that will drive qualified leads for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard individuals and small lead‑generation organisations into the referral partner program.
• Build and scale a multi‑layer referral network to generate company leads.
• Develop outreach strategies to attract high‑potential referral partners.
• Educate partners on referral processes, incentives, and best practices.
• Manage partner onboarding, activation, engagement, and ongoing communication.
• Configure and manage custom referral fee structures when applicable.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnerships, affiliate programs, referral programs, community building, business development, or network‑driven growth.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, activate, and manage external partners.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Experience with incentive‑based or performance‑driven partner ecosystems.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and partner acquisition.
