Lead enterprise cloud and infrastructure strategy across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365 and on‑premises platforms, providing technical direction for the whole estate. Define and execute modernization and optimization initiatives, identifying savings in Azure consumption, licensing and operations. Manage annual cloud budget planning and present investment proposals to senior management. Act as senior technical escalation point for cloud, network and security incidents, coordinating resolution across teams. Oversee operations of VMware/Hyper‑V, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Fortinet, Cisco SD‑WAN and Microsoft 365 services, maintaining the Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID, Defender, Purview and Intune ecosystems.
