Academic Project – Automated Classification of ECG Images Using Deep Learning

Collaborated in a four‑student team to develop a Python desktop prototype that classifies ECG images into four clinical categories. Handled an academic dataset of 11,148 labeled ECG images, performed image preprocessing, model evaluation and structured documentation. Integrated a user interface for ECG uploads, prediction of classes with probability scores, and automated PDF report generation. Utilized Python, CSV datasets and PDF reporting tools, ensuring accurate data handling and clear technical documentation.
